Pricing

All customers:

Price is per yard and includes delivery, material, installation and blower cleanup. Price does not include tax. We do not do site work (grading or leveling), weeding, spraying for insects/ants, or other bed prep.

Generally one week to job start.

Subject to additional charge: 1) outside Houston area (bound by Beltway 8), 2) for distances greater than 100' from the truck, 3) for apartments and townhomes, and 4) for weekend commercial requests.

RETAIL (click on links for pricing):

Residential: Terms COD, Saturday installations okay. Pricing includes installation.

Commercial (including Builders, Developers, PTOs, HOAs, School Districts, Churches, Day Care, Government, TxDOT): Terms COD, minimum 10 cubic yds. Different materials or multiple locations may NOT be combined to meet minimums or price breaks. Repeat customers purchasing more than 300 cubic yards annually may fill out a credit app for 30 day terms (1/2% interest will be charged retroactive to invoice date for invoices not paid within 30 days). We serve mainly Houston and surrounding communities for all applications. We serve most of Texas for larger commercial erosion control applications, including coastal wind and water erosion. We also do free custom bids.

WHOLESALE (including Landscapers and other resellers): Terms similar to Commercial. Please submit a request form for wholesale pricing (include fax number for pricing to be faxed to you, minimums apply). We serve Houston and surrounding areas.
