Berms
Berms are an excellent silt fence replacement. Also known as filter berms, mulch berms or compost berms.

Using native mulch or screened composted wood chips, a fibrous matrix is formed with the help of a bonding additive, giving the berm the necessary structure to withstand rain, wind and runoff.

Removal costs are minimal to none, as It can be raked in as a soil amendment at the completion of the job.

Berms are also used at the top and bottom of slopes for control of rainwater runoff during establishment of vefegation on slopes.

Texas Power Mulch is located in Houston, TX and will bid for sediment and erosion control work in most parts of Texas, including the coastal area.
